Artwork & File Prep Guide

Great prints start with great files. Follow these guidelines so your transfer comes out sharp and true to color.

File format

• PNG with a transparent background is preferred.
• Resolution: 300 DPI at the actual size you want it printed.
• RGB color mode is fine.

Sizing

Size your design to the finished print dimensions. Common placements: left chest ~3.5–4", youth full front ~8–9", adult full front ~10–12".

Backgrounds

Anything that isn't transparent will print. Remove backgrounds before uploading, or add our Remove Background service and we'll handle it.

Color & detail

Very thin lines and small text (under ~5pt) may not hold. Bold, high-contrast artwork reproduces best. White areas in your design print as white ink.
